We use well dried, even coloured selected fiber for the production of the bales. From our fabricated machine, we can produce bales between the weights of 200-210 Kgs each. This will ensure maximum loading capacity of 21.6 Mt per 40’HC container. We have trained our employees to hand pick all the impurities and unprocessed husk particles before feeding to the sieving machine. This sieving machine removes all coco peat dust particles and sand. Then, we feed the thoroughly cleaned fiber to the compressing machine.
